Q: Could you sum up your company for us in no more than 100 words?

A: Pilates inspired. Cardio infused. REFORM? Always. ROW or RIDE? Your choice. Part resistance, part cardio, a full-body workout that’s high intensity and low impact.

For those down for more. More sweat. More strength. More results.

To be the reason people live better, through longevity in training and connection to community, by delivering innovative fitness technology, in an experience worthy of advocacy.

Using our unique piece of equipment and tech.

Q: What is the best advice you’ve ever received or given?

A: The people you see on the way up are the people you see on the way back down. Look after them, burn all the boats.

Q: What is something you wish you’d always known?

A: That trust is something to be earnt, proven, and maintained. It is not a given right.

Q: What does your typical working day look like?

A: My usual day in the office starts at around 6:30/7am. The time before my staff arrive is the golden period to prioritise the important daily set up.

During my days, I do lots of site visits and meetings with potential and existing franchisees. Commercial deals and growth of the business is always at the forefront. I'm usually home by 7pm.

Big days early in business are very important, but there needs to be a balance to that. Finding time for exercise and meditation is crucial for me.

Keep an eye out for our next Entrepreneur in the EC, coming in July.
